Since 1996, this 501(c)(3) non-profit has operated on historic Fort Ord land to provide meals, clothing, and housing to Veterans who are homeless or have been incarcerated. We are one of very few programs in the Nation that welcomes Veterans and their families, as well as pets.

Lightfighter Village is now OPEN! This three-story, 71-unit housing complex on 2.3 acres of VTC land features 64 studio apartments and seven two-bedroom family units. LFV is at full occupancy, but you can still click here for our pre-application to help you get on the waitlist.
